On April 20, 2022, the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders of Hai Ha Confectionery Joint Stock Company was successfully held with the participation of shareholders representing 15,097,889 shares, accounting for 91.92% of the Company's total voting shares. The meeting’s resolution and minutes were approved with 100% of the voting shares in favor.
