On April 29, 2019, the annual general meeting of shareholders of Hai Ha Confectionery Joint Stock Company was successfully held with the participation of shareholders representing and authorized to represent 13,385,609 shares, accounting for 81.5% of the company’s total voting shares.

The meeting minutes and resolution were approved with 100% agreement of the total voting shares present at the meeting.
