According to the results announced by the Hanoi Stock Exchange (HNX) from the 2014 Information Disclosure and Transparency Assessment Program for listed companies on HNX, Hai Ha Confectionery Joint Stock Company (stock code: HHC) was recognized as one of the top 10 Most Progressive Companies in Transparency on HNX for the period 2013-2014.

According to HNX, the program was organized to encourage listed companies to raise awareness and improve corporate governance, initially through timely and complete information disclosure in compliance with current regulations on corporate governance. The evaluation was conducted across all listed companies based on five key criteria: shareholders’ rights, equitable treatment of shareholders, roles of stakeholders, transparency and information disclosure, and responsibilities of the Board of Directors.

Officially listed on the stock exchange since 2007, Hai Ha has always prioritized transparency and integrity in all its operations across the system, while continuously improving management capacity, internal audit, and control mechanisms-thereby contributing to greater transparency and development across the entire market.
