On the morning of March 28, 2015, Hai Ha Confectionery Joint Stock Company successfully held its 2015 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders, attended by 21 shareholders representing 6,406,939 shares, accounting for 78.01% of the total voting shares of the Company. At the meeting, the shareholders expressed strong consensus by unanimously approving the meeting’s resolution with a 100% voting rate.
